FAQ
Pricing questions
Do you charge per user?
No. There is no seat limit on any plan, including Free. Plans limit projects, data sources and queries, so you never have a reason to share a login, and everyone who asks a question shows up in the audit log under their own name.
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added to your invoice.
What counts as a query?
Each query an agent runs successfully through Datablare counts as one query against your monthly allowance. Refused or failed queries do not count. Listing tables or reading the project’s context does not use your query allowance.
What happens if we run out of queries?
Agents are told the monthly allowance is used up, and nothing is charged automatically. You can buy a query pack (10,000 for ₹2,000, 50,000 for ₹8,000 or 200,000 for ₹25,000, excluding GST) or move to a bigger plan.
Can we switch plans or pay yearly?
Yes. Upgrade from the app at any time. Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
The Free plan is free for as long as you like, with one project, two data sources (the e-commerce sample is a one-click option) and 1,000 queries a month. Upgrade when you need more projects, sources, queries or audit history.
